Mike brings years of project management experience in construction, from building single-family homes to high-rise towers and municipal parks. With a sharp eye for detail and design, he ensures every space is crafted with purpose, function, and care. He loves creating environments where people can live, work, and play comfortably, and that same philosophy guides how he approaches the Tide & Tee home.
An avid golfer who caught the bug five years ago, Mike hasn’t looked back since. He combines his love for the game with a passion for real estate and the coastal lifestyle, making every corner of the home thoughtful, welcoming, and enjoyable. Through Tide & Tee, he’s focused on creating a turnkey retreat that balances comfort, style, and function—offering guests a place to relax, recharge, and experience the best of Calabash.
Andrea Tyler
Andrea brings a unique blend of precision and passion to Tide & Tee. With a professional background in clinical research, she approaches every detail thoughtfully and methodically—qualities she channels into curating a coastal lifestyle experience in your home away from home.
An avid athlete, Andrea’s interests span soccer, horseback riding, and swimming. During the COVID pandemic, she discovered golf—and quickly fell in love with the game, which now plays a big part in the lifestyle she shares through Tide & Tee. Her passion for real estate and creating beautiful, welcoming spaces is woven throughout every aspect of the home.
